• A client can invest any amount in excess of R4 million by using the asset swap mechanism through a recognised local financial institution (most banks are able to facilitate this).

These are ideally suited for investors seeking safe real assets which deliver positive income returns over an investment horizon of 5 years on average.
• A commercial and residential property investment brokerage which offers our clients the opportunity to acquire directly held and well managed commercial and residential properties primarily in central London.

This has proven to be a safe investment vehicle enabling our clients to realise returns which are not always achievable in the South Africa property market and, if time correctly, can provide an excellent hedge against future devaluation of the South Africa Rand.
